How to Submit a DMCA Notice

rule34videos.org reserves the right to evaluate the validity of received notices and will ignore and discard notices with invalid, incorrect, or omitted information. A valid notice must include:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest.
2. Contact information of the copyright owner or an authorized agent, including mailing address and email.
3. Identification and location of the infringing material.
4. Identification and location of the original material claimed to have been infringed.
5. A statement that the person submitting the notice has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the person submitting the notice is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Notices may be shared with third parties for transparency purposes. We typically respond within 1-3 business days.
